This is by far the best available surf forecasting tool for the iPhone. You are able to quickly access the data most applicable to you without annoying click-thrus or advertisements. I am an avid boater/surfer and this app has already paid dividends in the form of cool waves and tasty tubes!!!

Excellent app, presents all the data I need to find the killer surf spot! Worth every penny- the gps and map integration are a nice touch. I can tell a lot of time and work went into making this app function so well. The stability, elegance, and ease of use are top notch; props to the dudes at the consortium.

This is by far the sweetest application on iTunes. It provides the most accurate, up-to-date surf forecasting information out there. Bombora is worth far more than the $9.99 price tag. It is great for not only surfing lovers such as myself, but regular ocean/beach lovers as well. Highly recommended to all!!!

This app is an absolute MUST HAVE for anyone who surfs, body-boards, kayaks, etc, or just walks on the beach.. Seriously, the amount of information you can get by just touching a button is ASTOUNDING. Honestly, a one-time fee for a lifetime of info–what could possibly hold you back?! I am not a surfer, but Bombora is the first thing I check before choosing the best beach nearest me to walk my dog. A must have, for sure, for any beach-goer, anywhere on this planet. Hats off to the inventor(s) of this app!!

Before this app came out, I had three tide apps, the Surfline app, and a buoy app. Most of the time to check secret spots, I’d have to spend a while on the Internet on various NOAA sites and forecast sites to check the specific conditions in order for it to work. This app makes it a lot easier to figure out if I should drive the three hours to get some waves or not. I love that I can see the tide for ALL of my spots at the same time, as well as wave height and periods at-a-glance. My only complaint is that there could be more buoys, if that’s possible.
